awen gives you a monthly creative capacity instead of charging per output or model. every generation draws from this capacity, like fuel for your creative engine. Some requests may use multiple models at once. When your balance reaches 0, you can top up, upgrade, or wait for the next cycle.

Yes. The Free plan gives you access to real models, core tools, and limited monthly image/video generations, no credit card required.

Go to your Account → Subscription page to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. All changes take effect immediately.

No. awen does not access, train on, or share your uploaded or generated content. All data is private to your account or organization.

By default, everything remains private. Team plans include options to collaborate through shared workspaces or libraries. Work is shared with selected users from the team when chosen so.

Yes. As long as you own the rights to your inputs, everything you create in awen is yours to use commercially. If your inputs include third-party material, awen's traceability and licensing tools help you verify rights and secure the approvals you need before publishing.

You own what you upload and what you create. awen does not claim rights over your content or use it for model training. If you use third-party material, you are responsible for rights clearance, which you can manage through awen's licensing tools.

All of your data (projects, models, generations) will be permanently deleted. You can request deletion at any time from your Account Settings.

We don't offer refunds for partial months or unused volume. If there's a billing issue or access problem, reach out, we'll make it right.
