Yes. The Free plan gives you access to real models, core tools, and limited monthly image/video generations — no credit card required.

Go to your Account → Subscription page to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. All changes take effect immediately.

No. Awen does not access, train on, or share your uploaded or generated content. All data is private to your account or organization.

By default, everything remains private. Team plans include options to collaborate through shared workspaces or libraries. Work is shared with selected users from the team when chosen so.

Yes — as long as you own the rights to your inputs, your output is yours to use.

If your input includes third-party content, you can use Awen's licensing tools to secure commercial rights safely and transparently.

You retain ownership over anything you upload and anything you generate using your own data.

Awen does not claim rights over your content and cannot use it for training or redistribution.

If you use third-party media, you're responsible for rights clearance — or can license it through Awen's integrated marketplace.

All of your data — projects, models, generations — will be permanently deleted. You can request deletion at any time from your Account Settings.

We don't offer refunds for partial months or unused volume. If there's a billing issue or access problem, reach out — we'll make it right.
